Join Microsoft HLS in April for a very special multi-day event online. Microsoft Teams Week will deliver an informative and eye-opening session each day at 12 noon eastern (9am pacific) starting April 1-5. We have lined up the top PM’s/Speakers from the Microsoft Teams Product Engineering group to present each day. Each session presents attendees not only the opportunity to learn the latest and greatest but to also ask questions directly to the presenters. The event is free of charge. Simply use the .ics calendar invites below to add the event to your work calendar or use the provided links to access the stream directly on the day of the webcast.

Want to maximize the desired sessions for greatest impact within your organization? Contact your Microsoft account team about having them host the viewing in a conference room(s). Monday April 1 - Microsoft Teams for HLS

Join Microsoft’s Srini Surendranath (Principal PM), Raj Gopalakrishnan (Principal PM), and Sohil Sathyanathan (PM 2) for this action-packed session. In it our speakers will look at new Microsoft Teams features and explore examples of Teams usage in the healthcare and life sciences fields today. They will also be walking through the use of Microsoft Teams for frontline workers and new Microsoft Teams Templates designed to help organizations jumpstart their Teams usage.  

Tuesday April 2 - Microsoft Teams Governance and Change Management

Join Microsoft’s Karuana Gatimu (Principal PM) as she shows how Microsoft Teams is a part of a larger strategy for transforming your business and empowering your users. Healthcare & Life Sciences orgs not only have concerns around HIPAA, R&D PII, but also around governance and driving successful adoption. The sessions focus is on people change management, key business scenarios, setting success measures and how to drive awareness and skill across your user community. This session includes the latest resources and recently made available to customers.

Wednesday April 3 - Accelerating Microsoft Teams Adoption – Case Study of Accelerated Adoption to 200K+ Employees!

Join Microsoft’s Pouneh Kaufman (Principal PM Manager) and Sara Bush (Senior PM) as they provide valuable insights and resources from Microsoft IT on how they used internal Teams Champions and more to accelerate adoption of Microsoft Teams and drive enhanced collaboration and communications. There efforts (as of March 2019) resulted in:

Join Microsoft’s Srini Surendranath (Principal PM), Raj Gopalakrishnan (Principal PM), and Sohil Sathyanathan (PM 2) for this practical “hands on” session. The Microsoft Teams Use Case Workshop # 1 - Documents, Dashboards and Collaboration will focus on step by step practical “How To’s” in creating/extending Teams to meet your own work team needs around document sharing and collaboration as well as implementing dashboards within Teams that improve decision making processes.

Friday Day 5 - Microsoft Teams Use Case Workshop #2 - Secure Messaging, Mobile usage, and Mobile Security

Join Microsoft’s Srini Surendranath (Principal PM), Raj Gopalakrishnan (Principal PM), and Sohil Sathyanathan (PM 2) for this practical “hands on” session. The Microsoft Teams Use Case Workshop #2 - Secure Messaging, Mobile usage, and Mobile Security will focus on step by step practical “How To’s” in creating/extending Teams to meet your own work team needs around secure mobile messaging and security.

We were unable to join due to Teams unable to load the live event.

I have asked your account team to contact resources there about unblocking the streams. The same issue happened at your org last series as well but some people who were offsite tried joining via their personal devices and had no issues. Hopefully they will get the live feeds unblocked for you.
