Microsoft-Teams-Rooms-Whiteboard.png Want to take that conference room outfitted with an old-fashioned whiteboard, whiteboard markers/erasure, and turn it in to a slick Microsoft Teams Meetings space that brings the whiteboard in to the modern collaboration world? Well thankfully you now can and with a minimal investment that will delight your internal users.

Microsoft Teams Rooms transform meeting spaces ranging from small huddle areas to large conference rooms with a rich, collaborative Teams experience that's simple to use, deploy, and manage.

In Microsoft Teams Rooms meetings start on time with one-touch join, then instantly project to the display in the room and share to remote participants.” - Microsoft Teams Rooms

With the introduction of Content Cameras for Microsoft Teams Rooms organizations can deliver clear, unobstructed, whiteboarding using traditional whiteboards to all attendees, in person and remote. (see video below)

To help simplify hardware setup Microsoft has worked with a number of hardware partners such as Logitech and others to provide ready to use plug and play equipment. Approved Content Cameras when added to the a Microsoft Teams Rooms System (as in image below) will provide organizations with all the needed pieces to take their collaboration and meetings to the next level while leveraging their existing physical setups.

@Mike Gannotti  we can see the settings for content camera in MTR settings. We connected the Brio camera and set it up as content camera under settings. However it just shows a regular video. are we missing something?

Hi @Sukhdev Rehal I am forwarding this to my colleague @Pete Anello. In meantime check out this page for directions on configuring the Content Cameras.

@Mike Gannotti & @Pete Anello - I'm having the exact same issue as @Sukhdev Rehal. Purchased and just installed the Logitech BRIO Content Camera Kit per your recommendation. When I click share from within a meeting on the MTR there isn't an option to share the content camera.

@Tyler Domerese just getting back from vacation and saw your note here. If your Team room system is getting auto updates it should be there. Is there a chance that it is managed and not receiving updates as available? I have the option in my own Lenovo Team Room system

@Mike Gannotti just getting back from vacation as well. I have MTR 4.2.4.0 installed on a Surface Pro 6.

I have only seen this working with actual dedicated Teams room equipment such as the Lenovo ThinkSmart Hub 500 not putting Teams Room System on a Surface See https://products.office.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/across-devices/devices/category?devicetype=20 for list of Teams Room Systems

@Mike Gannotti - We deployed MTR to the Surface Pro 6 using these instructions: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/room-systems/console.

@Tyler Domerese I understand that you deployed it to the Surface but my understanding is that content Camera is Teams Room Hub (as in the dedicated hardware produced by partners) dependent.
