I download a csv file that I save as an Excel file. This file has data related to multiple shift patterms such as days or nights along with the days or nights of the week they are scheduled.
I have a filter set so that none of the day shifts show however I am looking for the best formulae to use so that the 4 or 5 night shift codes are the only rows counted.
I basically want to know how many night shift employees are listed but do not want any day shift data being counted.
The shift codes start with D for days N for nights, example NN2-1900
Can anyone advise?
