Problem with the data table

Hello guys! 

I have a problem with the option "Data table". When I select the chart below and that I use "Table", choosing "3,8" as "input cell in column", Excel does not calculate and only duplicate the number 2587 in all the empty cells of the chart. 

Do you please have an explanation and a solution for me?

See if the attached file helps.  The value in C6 must be a formula that is affected by the changing of A3
