How do I divide one column by another, making a percentage row?

Hi,
If i understood correctly you'd like to divide the value of the cell in one column on the value in the cell of another column, expand that on entire column and show results in %.
If so, how to divide one column on another one see, for example, here https://www.extendoffice.com/documents/excel/4204-excel-divide-column-by-another-column.html. After that select results and in Ribbon->Home under the Number section apply "%" with necessary decimal numbers by using next two icons after one to the right.

Hi Pico,
I believe it would be a simple division and then formatting the result cell as 'percentage'.
