Using exchange server 2016 on premise
issue : cannot configure mailbox in Outlook App from App Store
error: "Unable to login: The Service is curretly offline. Please try againlater. If the proble persists, please contact customer service. (701)."
if using the native Mail App in Android an iOS, the configuration is working.
Any known fix?

If you are a Government tenant then it won't work.
