Why then does it work for the Outlook app on Android with our current on-prem Exchange server?
However it will not work with the Outook client on Windows 10 workstation domain attached and connected to our on-prem Exchange server....very confusing.
Because the Outlook app has a client-side feature called "focused inbox". It's where they got the idea in the first place, but the "server-side" focused inbox feature is O365 only for the moment.
