Hi, we’re running an on-prem Exchange 2010 environment and all of a sudden users can’t connect to their mailboxes using the native mail app. For some we have tried deleting the account but now it has made matters worse because now they get “Exchange Account: Unable to verify account information.”
Any ideas? We’ve tried on different iPhones and even an iPad and using different accounts so it almost seems like it’s on the exchange side...
