Ignite Summits are unique and special events for IT Pros delivered by the Exchange team. We share our knowledge and experience deploying and managing the new Office products and services and hear from you on what you love and what you’d like to see. Ignite content is designed and delivered by product experts from across Microsoft (Engineers, Technical Writers, Product Managers & Consultants). In October and November, we will be hosting the following Ignite events.

It appears that the Tech Net services subscription is not available anymore.

How do I build a lab to move my company from 2007Ex to 2013Ex if I cannot download the Ex software? Are we supposed to pirate older versions of Ex now? Will this be addressed at the Ignite summit?

C u all in Washington DC Nov 4th :)

yes. please address how we are to test exchange migrations without access to technet anymore. That will be dritical to our company next year if we migrate to 2013. Microsoft appears to have screwed over all their exchange administrators with no technet

@ Tech Net: I share your feelings regarding the decision to retire the TechNet subscribtions, but I doubt if this is the place to discuss that issue. And regarding Exchange 2007, 2010 and 2013 you can download the Service Packs which allow you to do a full install of the software in your lab. For instance, Exchange 2007 SP1: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx or Exchange 2013 CU2: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx

I hope this helps.

Are all of these sessions in English? Do we contact the hotels directly for the rate?

Hi, my Company are in the midst of preparing move ot O365. please share the pre-requisite.

TechNet was bad enough, removing prerelease from MSDN program was devastating. Now the MCM program has been tossed in the garbage bin as well. No more Exchange Masters.

I think someone needs to address the massive technical learning program disaster happening right now at Microsoft. Will the future of our support be discussed at Ignite? You are making it impossible to support Exchange anymore.

@Exchange_Fan, yes they will be in English. During registration you should have the ability to book a hotel rat the discounted rate and be told what that rate is.

Any plan to deliver it in india

The Ignite program is listed as a 3-day program with a three-day agenda breakdown. However for all 4 locations listed on the map, the total number of days work out to be 4 (four). On the registration web site*, all sites are listed to start one-day later.

Please correct this with the actual dates to help avoid confusion, especially for those making travel plans.

@Desmond Ignite is a 3 day event, but for Microsoft Partners there is a 1-day preday, hence the extra day.

Thanks Alistair for sorting this out.

On the registration website and confirmation email thereafter, the pre-day Partner event "Drumbeat Sales Day" appears to be a 2-hour evening session only. Is this correct, as delegates need to plan for arrival accordingly so as not to miss anything important :-).
