Larger messages and Enhanced NDRs come to Office 365

I wanted to write a quick note to make sure that our Hybrid customers have seen the following two recent improvements made to transport in Office 365, as both of them could be something that you will run into or might want to be aware of:

Enhanced non-delivery reports (NDRs) in Office 365

Office 365 now supports larger email messages—up to 150 MB

Will this be coming to on premises Exchange server?
