Is there a way to highlight and remove complete ROWS. i can only find a way to highlight duplicate cells
On the far left side, move your cursor over the row number that you would like to delete (you should see a black arrow pointing right). Right-click and choose "Delete"
Hope this helps!
@PReagan thank you. the challenge is to first identify duplicate rows(rows with the same data) . to delete the row is easy, but to identify which rows in a 2000 row report are duplicates is the part I'm struggling with.
Select your entire range, on ribbon Data->Remove Duplicates. Here keep only column(s) in which you'd like to find duplicates
Ok then. First of duplicated rows will be kept, other removed.
