need help to unprotect a spread sheet

hi i am trying to unprotect a wordsheet and its asking me for a password 

what password does it want and is it a password i made because i tried all my passwords and non of them let me unprotect the sheet

Well, it is either a password you made up or a password someone else has entered. Worksheet passwords are not very hard to remove, google for worksheet remove password should get you going.
