linking drop list

I'm trying to modify an excel sheet that already has drop list for each column. I would like that the drop list changes automatically according to what was chosen on the prior one. Example. on my first column, I have a list of SITES, for the second column I have a list of MANAGERS and for the third column I have a list of the AGENTS. now when I choose a SITE, on the MANAGER list I get them all and the same thing for the AGENT column how could I get only the MANAGER of the SITE that was chosen and same thing for the AGENT column

only the agents of the manager choosen on the prior column

please HELP!!!

There are different methods for creating Dependent Drop Lists, where the contents of one drop list change based upon your selection in the other drop list
