how to change the postion of delimiter in the cell. (PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT)

I have a big-size Excel file. as seen in attached file, i Need to put delimiter (dot or comma) after the first second number. i ask for your quick responce with effective help.

AGAIN: i would like to put only one dot after the first second number.

When you say first second number I'm not sure what you mean

You may be able to use something like this   =LEFT(A1,2)&"."&RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-2)
