excel pivot refresh on multiple tables of same data

If I use the same data for multiple pivots (meaning I define a named range to be

offset(UpperLeftCell,0,0,counta(A:A),counta(TopRow))

(in other words, have the data self-size itself for additional rows and columns

...if I use that named range and create multiple pivots, do all pivots refresh when one is refreshed?

Not necessarily. Only of all pivot tables use the same cache. Of course pressing refreshAll should update them all...
I would convert your data to a Table (Insert, Table button), then the dynamic range name is no longer needed.
