I have no idea where to start with this. I'm looking to input date of hire and somehow have it determine who would be up for a mandatory shift assignment starting at the bottom. The kicker is if the lowest employee picked up a shift in the past two weeks, they are exempt, so there would have to be a way to put that in as well. Any one have a starting point here or a template?

For community members to help you , it's better to send sample data in Excel to avoid the guess work.
