Transfering Text from one sheet to another using multiple criteria

Help 

I am looking to transfer numerous text infomation from one sheet to another using Period number and matching other if formation. If i was looking to complete it for figures it would look something like this =SUMIFS(Info!M:M,Info!A:A,A5,Info!D:D,A7) but for text how do i do this?
