Transfer of Info Sheet to Sheet

I have two sheets, each with a column of phrases. Sheet A has some phrases that are in sheet B. I need to add all of the phrases from B to A, that are not already in A. There will be a new column in A, with the data pulled from B. 

Tried doing the copy-paste method and removing duplicates, but it doesn't work due to the location where the added phrases will be going. 

Is there some way to utilize VLOOKUP?

There are certain ways in excel through which you can pull data from other sheets. Index() & Match() functions are much convenient for such requirements.

I have attached a sample file for your reference, you may also share your data in case you want to incorporate these formulas into your actual file.
