All my invoice spreadsheets that I use month after month have all suddenly developed the same problem with the SUM function. All the cells are formatted to numbers except the last which is set to currency, the calculations options are set to automatic. The problem is that the addition of all the numbers is incorrect.
Thanks for your quick response. It's not text but it did have a . instead of a , between the whole numbers and the decimals. Having changed that the sum is still seems incorrect as it gives a different number (2803,02) from that sent to me by the company I have to invoice (2805,02).
