I am looking for a way to optimize an output, with the constraints for the variables not to be more than 3 decimal places without any rounding. For e.g, I want to change the CL while constraining all the Z columns to be less than 3 decimal places. I am looking to the solver function but can't see a way to make a decimal constraint. Can anyone help?
