Show custom views for spreadsheet on SharePoint with a Table

Copper Contributor

I have a spreadsheet that "lives" on SharePoint with a large number of people collaborating on. I think because the document is on SharePoint or the data is in a table, custom views are not an option.

Below is an example of the spreadsheet/table. I am looking at how I can do the items below. Some I will have to do on their own and some in combination. Is there anyway I could have it perform different functions for different users for sharepoint?

- ONLY show rows that are dated Today or in the future
- ONLY show rows that have "Yes" in the cells for column C
- ONLY show rows A,B,C,D for Team 1
- ONLY show rows A,B,C,E for Team 2

Shane, Custom Views doesn't work for the workbooks with tables. Not sure you may customise views for different users.

Yes, I am trying to find a way to do this without using the custom view function.
