Shifting data the other way

Hi! I'm having some problem trying to shift this data. 

At the moment, the data starts from 2016 in A2 but I would like it to start from 1999 with the corresponding values for the different stocks. In other words I want to flip the dates with the corresponding values.

On the home tab, click the Sort and FIlter dropdown and choose "Sort A to Z".
