Sending the same html email to all the other emails in worksheet

I thought I posted about 20 minutes ago but it hasn't appeared under recent activity so I'm thinking my connection dropped. (?) Let me try again and with apologies if my first post shows up.

I used Excel years ago but now my memory and inexperience does not serve. I need to know how to send the same html email with graphic to all the emails on my worksheet. They will be uploaded from a CSV.

Any advice and resources would be very appreciated.

And if without Word' mail merge - with macro like this https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/vba/excel/concepts/working-with-other-applications/sending-e.... This one works with Outlook, but I guess there are macros just for the default email client.
