I want to create random teams of two from a list of names. I have 25 names but only need 10 teams (20 people). I have a total value of how many times each person has been on a team. I want the new teams to be created based on the opportunity to be on a team. Example. 5 of the 25 people have been on a team 5 times but the others have been on a team 4 or less. I want the new random teams to be created only with people who have been less than 5 (an automated process fed by formulas). Thanks
