Printing without background color in cells?

Is it possible to print a workbook in Excel without the background color in cells?
Want to use the background color of the workbook as an explanation for those who are going to fill out the form, but do not want the color included on prints.

@JObbern , you may Page Setup -> Sheet -> Print and check Black and White
