Persistent tags in Excel

Is there any feature in excel to have persistent tag for ROW, COLUMN and CELL?

$F$2 fixes both colum and row $F2 fixes the column and lets the row change when you drag the formula F$2 fixes the row and lets the column change when you drag the formula Is it this you were asking?

@Celia_Alves Thanks for the quick reply. But I am not asking for same. 

I was wondering if I can give a persistent property , I can use 

Example - ID property of Cell. I can assign some thing.

Range("a1").Cells.ID = 1234

However if I close my workbook and open it. the value of ID is gone.

 

Would using a Name for the cell work for what you need? Google "how ro create names in Excel" and "how to use named ranges in Excel formulas".
