Outlook 2016 and Exchange Online Repeated Credential Prompt

Our Office suite recently updated (I can tell because the Excel and Word document icons are different). When this happened, the prompt to save unsaved information no longer appears when closing an Excel Workbook where changes have been made. I looked through the settings and Options areas and could not find where this is turned on/off. Any guidance on how to get this back? I'm not sure which version of Excel i'm on now...
