Hi
Problem with Excel 2016 and need a resolution. When our users open an excel file that has been emailed to us and has external links behind the values, it shows these values but when I press the enable edit button on the protected view banner all the values turn to #name?,
I have turned protective mode off and its still the same.
Excel 2013 users have not got this problem i.e. it shows the values. So its a problem with Excel 2016.
There must be a solution to this.
