Offset Function Help

I have a budget template that works perfectly with the exception of 8 finals cells.  These cells need the same type of formula/function, but I am not sure how to create this.   

  • On the Overview tab of the workbook, I'd like to have a drop-down menu where I can select the month.
  • Once selected the spreadsheet will display the YTD and Monthly totals as of that month for both budget and actuals.  
  • I have attached my spreadsheet and highlighted 8 cells in yellow that need a formula. 
  • I have a spreadsheet where this formula works, but I am unable to replicate it in the new spreadsheet

I have copied required formula in Master Budget template, please let me know if it works as you desired. 

Overview tab already have drop-down list that show different months.

@tauqeeracma  Thank you so much for your quick response.   There was an error in a couple of the cells but the formula worked in many of the cells.  One tweak and it worked.  thank you again.
