Hi all and thank you for help. So, I have a multiple-choice exam that I am working on using Excel and I want to use a different numbering system with the question stems and the choices e.g. (Q1, Ch 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 / Q2 Ch 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 ...) and because I have about 100 questions I can not do that individually and I could not figure out how to code it. So, can you please explain that to me and I will be so grateful.
