My Worksheet needs to have a blank second row to eliminate the need to scroll to the bottom

My worksheet is a chronological data sheet with a lot of data. I would like it so that when data is entered it automatically shifts down one row. I know I could just insert another row, but this would be a slick functionality that would streamline my work. I've seen mentions of macros, etc. Would anyone be willing to help me with this script?

Hello there. We can help, but in order to do so we'd need to know your data structure and what specifically triggers the addition of a new row. Sample files help immensely.

Out of curiosity, could you not go the other way with your data (top-down)?
