Hi,
I want to create a map using the map-feature in Excel.
The map would be of Belgium, but then focused on cities. When I want to create it, the map only shows Belgium, but doesn't show the cities (I've downloaded the template file from the website: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/create-a-map-chart-in-excel-f2cfed55-d622-42cd-8ec9-ec8a358..., with the countries, and this does seem to work).
I've tried with the following data (so first the country, then the cities, followed by a random number):
Belgium | Aarschot | 20 |
Belgium | Linter | 40 |
Belgium | Antwerpen | 33 |
How can I get the map I want? Or does this feature only work when the variable is just a country and when it does not include specific cities?
See also the screenshot in I've included.
Thanks!

Look at my file, it recognized 2 of the 3 locations and I guess it mapped the third one. Sorry I'm not much familiar with the Belgium map
Hope that helps

Hi @nabilmourad,
Thanks so much for your reply. I've tried to open the file you've attached, but the map doesn't show up:
This makes me think that my version doesn't support this feature ... I have the following version:
Could that be the problem?
Thanks!
