I have links to external reference documents in my worksheet. They are Adobe pdf files and I have Adobe Acrobat 9.3 installed and set as the default program for this file type in 'Default Apps>Choose default apps by file type' settings. However, when I click on a cell with a link to one of these documents in the worksheet, Adobe Reader opens instead. I can't find anything in the 'Options' for Excel to control this behavior. Am I missing something? Do I need to uninstall 'Reader' to keep this from happening?
