I have created a workbook and have made it available to all users on Dropbox. When some users open the workbook they are asked to update links to other workbooks. When I saved the workbook to make it available to everyone, I edited any links and selected to break links and don't prompt a user to update links. Now, when the workbook is opened by some users, they are prompted to update links. The baffling part for me is that the links are different from the original links that I had broken.
Is there a way of removing links completely so that they can't be edited each time the workbook is opened?
