I am having issues when using the FORECAST.EST function.
I am trying to forecast something on a daily basis within a month and I would want to base my forecast on data for the same month in previous years. For example, I want to forecast the data for every day of the month of June using the daily data of June for previous years.
I think the issue with this is rooted in the fact that the function does not recognise a constant time interval since there is a daily step within the month itself but the months are separated by a whole year.
Anyone has any recommendation on how to get around this issue?
