Inserting Copied Data Into a Table

I'm trying to create a macro for colleagues and I'd like to insert copied data from one worksheet into a table in another worksheet.  I'm trying to insert in the first row and have all other rows shift down, but I can only insert blank rows; I cannot insert the copied data.  I also considered pasting the copied data at the bottom of the table, but as the table will consistently be updated and expand, the bottom row will not always be the same.  Is there any way to insert copied data into the beginning of a table or is there a way a the macro could paste at the first blank row in the table?

Why would you go the difficult way and insert rows at the beginning of a table instead of just appending them at the bottom of table?
