Insert page numbers on worksheets

I want to add page number on many different sheets. since i have 3 worksheet.
how can i set the page (as yellow) as that worksheet starting page and the total page (as red) as the total number of sheet 1+sheet2+ sheet3
any easiler way ?

Hi,

Select all your sheets (click on Sheet1 tab, press Shift and click on last sheet tab). After that apply the heading. When printing select Print entire workbook, othervise it numbers pages for active sheet or selection.
