I am sure this is fairly easy to do, but I am completely out of practice with excel, not having had to use it for almost twenty years!  The closest template to what I would like I could find is the class roster one.  I tried to tweak it to my needs, but it is too far away from what I would like and it ends up in a complete mess.  Basically, I would like to be able to add details to a list and have an A4 printable table automatically updated.  I'm sure I could fiddle around and get what I want, but I am under significant time constraints.  Any help would be much appreciated.
