Hyperlink Availability Question

I have the following formula in cell N11:

=IFNA(HYPERLINK("#'" & I11 & "'!A" & MATCH(K11,INDIRECT("'" & I11 & "'!A:A"),0),"VID"), "")

which will refer cell I11 and take me to that cell located in a different sheet (see second picture).

Some of these cells in the second picture will be hyperlinked to a video, and some will not.

Is there a way I can create the initial formula in cell N11 to disappear if the reference located on the second picture is NOT hyperlinked? This may seem like a very particular question, but is important to how this template will function.

Thank you all for your consideration.
