How can I use index match if it wasn't in one column?

Your sheet is protected, besides your requirement is not clarified.

you want to return in the printing sheet multiple values right?

My bad. Yes!  I want to create another sheet which display the PRN, NAME, POSTN and the specific cell value whenever I choose any number from F11:AJ31).

I am still confused with this, you do not have data up to AJ31 did you mean AJ11.

I just didn't fill it up. All I want is to make a cell that will display like what in the second picture.
