This community is focused on the Azure Data Explorer (aka Kusto) project. I think you'll have better luck asking a question like that on in an Excel forum such as https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_excel-mso_other/ (or maybe you'll find that your answer already exists there.)
