***I need this cell to calculate the weight x $6.20 per 100 lbs.  BUT we get a 100 lbs mini PER DAY.  So I need this to recoginze and total like days, and if it is under 100 lbs, I need it to caclulate based on 100 lbs for that day.

You may use something like MAX(Total, 100) instead of Total

To roundup weight to 100 lbs and then multiply it by rate, you need this formula in B2, assuming weight in lbs is in A2:
=CEILING(A2,100)*6.2
