Formula excel

Hi! I am trying to make a random sample and the formula '=RAND()' does not work. I have followed all advice online available, but still nothing has changed. I get the notification that the formula is not valid. 

I hope you can help me further solve this issue, because it is quite time-consuming.

@Sjansen1993_ , are on English version and what exactly error do you have?

I’m just curious. Ensure that no other characters are included in your formula, except this:
=RAND()
