Formatting an excel report with Pivot tables

Occasional Visitor

I am wondering how to create conditional formatting that will highlight different technician shift activities during the month. I am having trouble making distinctions in the report between "day", "evening" and "night" shift  times.


What would be the recommended route to create this in Excel?
