Force save to shared dropbox folder

I have created a quote template for employees to use.  I have several estimators who work in different locations.  At the moment I rely on them to save a copy of their quotes to a shared folder so that I have access to them as soon as they are done.  They do not do so most of the time.  Is there a way to force/auto save to a specified shared folder (in dropbox)?  I have created a button within my template and tried multiple variations of a macro sample I found of someone else doing something pretty close but I get errors.  Is it even possible?
