Fill handle and formula settings wrong?

Copper Contributor
Lately, my fill handle has gone off the rails. I used to double click on the little arrow and the rest of the column would get the formula.

Now it just copies the data(using the same formula). I don't keep absolute refrences, but the data is "copied", even though the formula and refrences are different.

If I paste with formatting only, it will erase the cell with the data that was just "copied".

It used to work just fine, what's going on?

Also, with the "copied" formula (referencing different cells for data), if I go down the column or row, open the formula, and push enter, it will now display the proper information.
