What is the FORMULA TO CONVERT LIST OF OLD EMAIL TO NEW EMAIL?

formula results in E should be like this in reference to data in A B and D

Please try this and let me know if this is what you were trying to achieve...

=IFERROR(INDEX(B:B,MATCH(D2,A:A,0)),D2)

and then copy it down.
