Excel statistical charting

Is there a way to set the numerical range to plot in an occurrence plot?

I want to plot the occurrence of positive values from a column of data which contains "zeros" for missing data.  I wish to exclude any values less than 0.01.

Is there a way to do this?

You may add helper column/row with formula like

=IF(A1<=0.01,NA(),A1)

and plot chart on it adding for hidden and empty cells setting like this
