I am trying to create a schedule of dates. The dates need to be every second Monday, but factor in holidays. I have been playing around with the Workday and Weekday functions but can't seem to figure out a formula. Please help!

Does the attached work for you? It's quite simple, but hopefully simple does the trick

 

If you add the date of a Monday in C3, and the dates of any holidays in the column headed Holidays you should get the Mondays you want. If the date is in the list of Holidays, the formula will skip another 2 weeks ahead to the next.
