Hi
I have a user where his excel hangs daily. It happens on random files, on random times. And these is no logging in event viewer. it just says "not responding. Users excel is up to date, user uses 2 add ins Smartview and Thinkcell that also are up to date.
actions done trying to resolve this issue
*repair of office
*disable all add in
*run in safemode
this all does not work. installed offcat on user laptop but it does not show any issues
